What we store

• Your email address, used only to email you a magic link when you sign in.
• Your child’s first name and date of birth, used to put their attempt scores into the right age cohort and show them appropriate papers. We never publish or share this data.
• Practice attempts (which paper, score, per-topic breakdown, duration). We use these in aggregate to show you a percentile vs other children of the same age.
• How the site is used, in aggregate.We look at anonymised, aggregated figures — how many people sign up, which papers get attempted, and average scores per paper — to see what’s working, spot broken questions, and decide what to build next. This view carries no names or email addresses, and we never build a per-child activity profile.

Visitor counts

We count how many people are on the site, so we know whether the papers are being used. To do it without identifying anyone, your IP address and browser are combined into a one-way hash under a secret that changes every night. We never store the IP address or the browser string, the hash cannot be turned back into either, and because the secret changes daily the same visitor is a different, unlinkable number tomorrow. What is kept is a count, the page being viewed, and nothing else.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don’t run advertising trackers.
• We don’t take payment information — the site is free.

Deleting your data

Email us and we’ll delete your account and all attempts within 7 days. (Contact details are on the about page once added.)

Cookies

Two cookies are set: a Supabase session cookie (so you stay signed in), and an active- child cookie (so the site remembers which child you’re viewing). No analytics cookies, and nothing is stored in your browser for the visitor counts above.
